One guide for every step of your family's senior transition.

Selling the house. Choosing the right level of care. Bringing help into the home. Most families work through these decisions with a different stranger for each one. I built my practice so you only have to tell your story once.

"Mano po" is how a Filipino child honors an elder — a hand pressed to the forehead in respect. It is the philosophy behind every service I offer.

HOW FAMILIES KNOW

You don't need every answer today. You need to know if now is the time.

These are the signals I hear from families right before they call. If one or two sound familiar, that's reason enough to have a conversation — not to have a plan.

A parent is struggling with daily tasks — bathing, medication, or getting around safely.

The family home has become too large, too expensive, or too isolated to maintain safely.

A hospital stay just ended, and a discharge plan is due before anyone feels ready.

A spouse has passed, and the surviving parent isn't sure what comes next.

You live an hour away, or across the country, and need one local person you can actually trust.

Every provider you've called has sent a packet and gone silent, or never called back at all.

If any of this sounds familiar, let's talk before it becomes an emergency.

HOW THIS WORKS

Three services. One referral loop. No family falls through the cracks.

Most senior transitions get handled in pieces — a realtor here, a facility tour there, a home care agency found through a Google search at 11pm. Each provider only sees their slice of the situation.

I built Bridge Realty Partners' senior real estate practice, Serenity Gardens Assisted Living, and Mano Po Home Care Agency to work as one connected path instead. Wherever your family enters, you're already in the right place.

  • Selling the house naturally leads to the housing conversation — assisted living, or staying home with support.
  • A Serenity Gardens resident's family home becomes a real estate conversation when the time is right.
  • A Mano Po Home Care client whose needs grow moves into Serenity Gardens without starting over with a stranger.

BRIDGE REALTY PARTNERS · SENIOR REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST

Selling the family home is never just a transaction.

As a Certified Relocation & Transition Specialist (CRTS™), a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), and a Registered Nurse, I look at a home sale the way a family actually experiences it — tangled up with a parent's health, a sibling's schedule, and a decision about where everyone lands next. You get a realtor who is trained specifically in the needs of clients 50+, and who already understands the rest of the story.

  • A home valuation that accounts for your transition timeline, not just the market
  • Estate sale and downsizing coordination, start to finish
  • Staging and prep guidance suited to older homes
  • One point of contact from the listing to the moving truck
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT

"Every listing becomes the start of the next conversation — whether that's Serenity Gardens, home care, or simply peace of mind."

SERENITY GARDENS ASSISTED LIVING

A home, not an institution — led by a nurse, not just an administrator.

Serenity Gardens is a 19-unit residential care apartment complex where clinical standards and genuine warmth are not a trade-off. Every resident is treated the way our Mano Po philosophy demands: as someone's grandparent, someone's reason for everything.

  • Three levels of care covering ADL support, medication management, and 24-hour supervision
  • Meals, housekeeping, and daily activities included
  • Owned and led by an RN who sets the clinical standard personally

MANO PO HOME CARE AGENCY · LICENSED WISCONSIN PCA

Mano po means honoring your elder the way you'd honor a grandparent — because that's exactly what they are to someone.

Mano Po Home Care Agency, LLC brings that same standard into your loved one's own home. For families who aren't ready for a facility, or who simply want their parent to stay in the house they raised a family in, our caregivers provide the support that keeps that possible safely.

  • Non-medical assistance with daily living activities, in the home
  • Companionship and regular safety check-ins
  • A natural bridge to Serenity Gardens if care needs grow
  • Locally owned and RN-supervised, not a national call center
THE MANO PO PHILOSOPHY

"Care is not a transaction here. It is a privilege — the same one my grandparents gave me, given back."

WHY I DO THIS

I built this because I know what it's like to need a guide, and not have one.

I grew up in the mountains of the Philippines with no electricity, no running water — only the faith my grandparents poured into me. When I lost them at twelve, I was on my own.

I arrived in the United States in 2007 and never looked back. I earned my nursing license, built a real estate career, and eventually rolled the equity from a long-held investment property into the purchase of Serenity Gardens. That decision was an act of love — for the grandparents who raised me, and for every family now facing the transition I once faced alone.

Today I bring the clinical knowledge of a nurse, the leverage of a realtor, and the compassion of someone who has known deep loss to every family I work with. That is not a business model. It's a calling.
